Resetting Your Password

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.

Steps

1. Go to the Bormell login page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Click Send Reset Code
5. Check your email for a message with a reset link
6. Click the link in the email
7. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
8. Confirm the password
9. Click Reset Password

You’ll see a confirmation message. Click Back to Login to sign in with your new password.

Tip

If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact your team administrator.

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• Reset links expire after a limited time — if yours has expired, request a new one from the login page
