Inviting Team Members
Sending an Invite
Section titled “Sending an Invite”- Go to Settings > Team
- Click + Invite Member
- Fill in the form:

- Review the permission toggles (vary by role — see Managing Roles)
- Click Invite
What Happens Next
Section titled “What Happens Next”- The user receives an email with a temporary password
- On first login, they’ll set their own password, configure MFA, and accept agreements
- Their status in the Team list shows as Invited until they complete onboarding
Resending an Invite
Section titled “Resending an Invite”If a team member hasn’t completed their setup:
- Find them in the Team list
- Click the actions menu (three dots)
- Select Resend Invite
Revoking Access
Section titled “Revoking Access”To remove a user:
- Click the actions menu next to their name
- Select Revoke Access
- Confirm the action
