Logging In for the First Time

When your administrator creates your account, you’ll receive a temporary password. Here’s how to get started.

Step 1: Sign In

1. Go to your Bormell login page
2. Enter your email and the temporary password provided by your administrator
3. Click Sign In

Step 2: Set Your Password

You’ll be prompted to create a new password:

• Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
• Confirm by typing it again
• Click Set Password

Step 3: Accept Agreements

Before accessing Bormell, you must review and accept three agreements:

1. Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
2. Medical Disclaimer
3. Data Handling & Acceptable Use Policy

Check all three boxes after reviewing each document, then click Accept Agreements.

Step 4: Set Up MFA

If your team requires two-factor authentication, you’ll be guided through MFA setup next. See Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication for details.

After completing these steps, you’ll land on the Launchpad — your home screen.
