Sharing Overview

The Shared Links module lets you create secure links to share imaging studies with people outside your team — such as referring physicians or patients.

Stats Dashboard

At the top of the page, four cards summarize your sharing activity:

• Active — links currently valid
• Total Views — cumulative views across all shares
• Expired — links past their expiration date
• Revoked — links you’ve manually disabled

Filtering

Use tabs to filter by status: All, Active, Expired, or Revoked.

Search by patient name, MRN, study description, or recipient email.

Share List

Each share shows:

• Study — modality badge, patient name, and description
• Created — when the link was created
• Expires — expiration date with smart text (e.g., “expires in 3 days”)
• Views — how many times the link was accessed
• Status — Active, Expired, Revoked, or Locked
