Managing Templates and Macros

Templates and macros are managed directly from the Report Editor toolbar. You can create personal shortcuts or, with the right permissions, share them with your team.

Click Macros (lightning bolt icon) in the editor toolbar to open the Macro Manager.

Macros are organized into three tabs:

  • Default — system macros available to everyone
  • Team — shared by your team
  • Personal — your own macros

Use the filters to narrow results by modality, category, or language. Click a macro to preview its content in the right panel.
