Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. You’ll need an authenticator app on your phone.

What You Need

Download one of these free apps:

• Google Authenticator (iOS / Android)
• Microsoft Authenticator (iOS / Android)
• Authy (iOS / Android / Desktop)

Setup Steps

1. After logging in, a QR code will appear on screen
2. Open your authenticator app and tap Add Account or the + button
3. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera
4. The app will show a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds
5. Enter the current code in the Verification Code field
6. Click Verify & Continue

Can’t scan the QR code?

Click Manual Entry below the QR code to reveal a text key. Type this key into your authenticator app manually.

After Setup

Each time you log in, you’ll be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after entering your password.

To reconfigure MFA later, go to Settings > Security.
