Reports Overview

The Report Editor is where radiologists compose, sign, and manage diagnostic reports. Reports go through a structured signing workflow and can be amended after finalization.

Opening the Report Editor

You can access the report editor from two places:

• Worklist — click Create Report, Edit Report, or View Report on a worklist item
• Studies — click on a study and select Create Report from the actions

Report Statuses

Status	Meaning
Draft	Report is being written — not yet signed
Preliminary	Signed by a resident or fellow — awaiting attending review
Final	Signed by an attending physician — report is complete

What You Can Do

• Write reports in freeform or structured mode
• Dictate reports hands-free with voice dictation
• Use templates that auto-fill based on modality and procedure
• Insert macros with keyboard shortcuts
• Sign reports (preliminary or final)
• Add addenda or corrections after finalization
• Print or share finalized reports
